It’s not all ping pong play, the social club’s Chef Ariel Bagadiong has whipped up an innovative menu of simple, yet elevated dishes utilizing quality farm-to-table ingredients, for lunch, dinner, late night and anytime in-between with items like tender Beef Rib with mole, pumpkin brittle and cornmeal bread. They’ve tapped Chicago based mixologist Benjamin Newby to collaborate on handcrafted cocktail creations like the Susan Sarandon-inspired Salt Lick Susan featuring Mezcal, and BackSPiN #1 made with rye whiskey.
