Met Gala 2016 Best Dressed Ladies
A few weeks after the film “First Monday in May” was released the actual First Monday in May aka Met Gala aka fashion Super Bowl, took place and holy metallic. This year’s theme centered around the Met Museum Costume Institute’s exhibition Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology curated by Andrew Bolton. Though Vogue magazine’s Editor in Chief Anna Wintour had final say on the guest list, it was up to each guest, their respective representing fashion house and stylist to interpret it whichever way they saw fit.
Some as expected knocked it out of the park and some, well let’s say we were a bit dissappointed in outfit choices that Alicia Vikander, Taylor Swift chose for such a fashionable event albeit they tried to be daring, that was the wrong night to do that kind of daring.
