Last Thursday (4/17) The Junior Board of Lookingglass Theatre hosted the kickoff reception for their annual summer fundraiser with this year’s theme: The Madhatter’s Fun House. Basking in the perfect Chicago weather that afternoon under the retracted roofdeck of the new Godfrey Hotel, young professionals gathered to sip, mingle and buy tickets.
Lookingglass President Tai Duncan along with Madhatter’s Ball co-chairs Jessica Barrutia, Jenna Reiff, and Jordan Rummel and members Cameron Croft, Victoria Kent, and many others were in attendance.
Mahatter’s Fun House will take place Saturday June 14 at Block 37 and it promises to be another fun one. With DJ Lani Love on the one’s & two’s, Actor’s Gymnasium performers, an entertaining photo action booth, dresscode of “chic carnival cocktail” where costumes are optional, but hats are recommended and lots of other surprises.
