• Three people are dead and 16 have been reported injured after a New York City MTA bus and tour bus collided in Queens. According to reports, one victim died at the scene two others died at the hospital. Six of the passengers remained in critical condition. This story is still developing.

• Stephen Colbert kicked off the telecast of the 69th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards with a song and dance routine. History was made with several winners including Chicago native Lena Waithe’s win making her the first African-American woman to win for comedy writing. Julia Louis Dreyfus is made history for the most Emmys won by a single performer for one role. Atlanta’s Donald Glover became the first African American to win for comedy series directing. Sean “Spicey” Spicer made an unexpected, though hilarious cameo on stage. Alec Baldwin won for his SNL portrayal of President Trump. Hulu’s ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ took home the most awards (8).
• Kevin Hart decided to get in front of a story before it became messy but from the looks of it, it’s gonna get messy. Someone is extorting the money making funny man for a lot of money to keep a sexually suggestive video hush hush. Hart took to Instagram over the weekend to apologize to his pregnant wife and his two kids for his “mistakes” but the alleged extortionist claims they are trying to reveal him as the cheater and liar that he is.
