Happy New Year readers, I hope you all had a great holiday and are back into the swing of things. Here’s to a successful, productive and healthy 2012. I thank you very much for taking the time out of your day to read the posts. In 2012 my goal for the site will be to incorporate more of my voice into the posts(I’m really shy). It will take some adjusting but I will work towards it. My second goal is to bring more people that work behind the scenes to the spotlight to share their best practices, advice and their contribution to the social scene here in Chicago. I’m very excited for all 2012 will bring especially: new art installations/exhibits at the museums, SoBEWFF, Public Hotel, Sundance at the Music Box Chicago, the new “Red Tails” movie by Lucas Films, Awards season, all the amazing galas coming up this year + many more.
