As we all know, the fashion world loves to collaborate with arists and this recent collaboration from Opening Ceremnoy has us pretty excited especially with it’s Chicago Connection. Opening Ceremony, though they don’t have a physical store yet in Chicago, which continues to set trends and push the bar with their recently released line of RENÉ MAGRITTE infleunced limited edition ready-to-wear collection and three footwear collaborations with brands Birkenstock, Vans, and Manolo Blahnik. The Chicago connection is that the Art Institute of Chicago will feature the exhibit Magritte: The Mystery of the Ordinary this summer from June 24-October 13.

The Art Institues Women’s Board will celebrate and preview with gala prior to the exhibit opening to the public so maybe a Betsy Rosenenfield or Meredith Wood-Prince will be spotted in one of these pieces ( the Blahniks and the dresses obviously).
