The chic new restaurant on the 7th floor of the renovated Saks Fifth Avenue on Michigan Avenue will begin dinner service today(9/4).
Dinner service will be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday ONLY and will begin at 5pm and last seating will be 7pm, the restaurant will close at 8pm when the store closes.
The menu will include a special $35 three course prix fixe menu from Executive Chef Ron Aleman, which you can choose from. Starters on the $35 prix fixe menu includes Heirloom Tomato Bisque or Seedling Farm Pear and Blue Cheese Salad; Entrees include Braised beed short rib, diver scallops, or Kabocha Squash Risotto. Desert options includes Saigon Cinnamon and Sugar Beignets or Seedling Farm Apple Crisp.
Other a la carte entree menu items include Grilled North Atlantic Salmon, Steak Au Poivre, Amish Chicken Breast.
Havea sweet tooth? The desert menu include options such as the coconut bread pudding(pictured below), seasonal berries with whipped cream and homemade sweet bites.
