A Note To Our Readers
Welcome back! As loyal readers of SociaLifeChicago.com and this news newsletter, I¬†want¬†to personally take this medium to update you on something I rarely share but feel I¬†need to in order to give context. There’s been lag in updating the site as frequently as before and the newsletter being delivered at varying times or not at all,¬†and its mostly due to the fact that I have been splitting time at home (Chicago) and away (another continent). I’ve tried to not let travel affect work but there’s only so¬†much one can do.¬†¬†I’ve had to take some time to really focus on my relationship with my soon to be husband (WILD AF to say that)¬†which¬†meant there were times I was attempting to do some¬†work with a 7 hour time difference. I tried using¬†services to help with this¬†and found its not the same as having a team on ground which is harder to maintain when you are barely home. Sooner rather than later things will get back to normal (my friends are also tired of my long¬†absences lol). We¬†will still be¬†covering parties, celeb news, fashion, interviews, dining and more. I really mean it when I say thank you for your continued support. ~Bolaji
