Honeygrow, is launching a one-of-a-kind, fast-gourmet dining experience in Chicago called minigrow. Opening March 20, minigrow located at 28 S. Wabash Avenue, will bring consciously sourced, chef-driven food to the heart of The Loop. minigrow’s menu will feature custom build-your-own mazemen noodle and salad bowls, cold-pressed juices and chocolate chip cookies that are made in-house, daily.

8 Hospitality (Joy District, Hubbard inn, Broken English Taco Pub, LiqrBox) announced the name of their revamped Lincoln Park restaurant formerly Barn & Company then FareGround it will now be called Old Grounds Social and headed by chef Chef Jason Paskewitz


Baptiste & Bottle in the Conrad Chicago hotel launched a new brunch menu featuring items such as a gooey patty melt, over-the-top double down burger, oversized breakfast burrito, chorizo tacos, waffle action station in the dining room where you’ll be able to pick the batter (boozy, chocolate and more), plus toppings, etc. If you’re up for a challenge, try the new $50 Chef Driven Bloody Mary with Baptiste’s new private label Maker’s Mark Bourbon.

Honey Butter Fried Chicken to open a new concept at Revival Food Hall, called TriBecca’s Cubano. As part of a quarterly rotating series at Revival, TriBecca’s Cubano will open April 2 serving Executive Sous Chef Becca Grothe’s Cuban Sandwich (local mojo roasted pork, cured ham, swiss cheese, pickles, and chipotle mayo on a ciabatta panino), crispy sweet potato fries with mojo mayo, and griddled rum cake donuts. Drinks include a draft rum mojito and pineapple ginger agua fresca.

STK Chicago will launch its monthly brunch – Dare to Brunch starting March 25 and happening on the last Sunday of each month. Dare to Brunch will offer guests specialty STK brunch menu, mimosa stations and all-day DJ performances. Some of the items that will be offered for brunch that are sure to be menu favorites include Gold Leaf French Toast, Market Vegetable & Truffle Omelet, STK n’ L’eggs and more. STK Chicago’s Dare to Brunch will offer three seatings (2PM, 4PM and 6PM).
