Designer Adam Lippes, who launched his eponymous label in 2013 (his first label ADAM was acquired in 2010) and known for his understated, luxury sportswear/minimalist vibe womenswear line, is making his first formal foray into menswear by partnering exclusively with luxury e-tailer MatchesFashion.

“When I launched my brand, I wanted to make a T-shirt that would take you anywhere. That was the impetus for launching my brand and that’s how it all began…I think men are torn between wanting to dress up and simultaneously buying into the latest trends,’ he says. ‘How to find the fine line between looking good and looking current is something I wish all men could do.”

The 16-piece collection, which launches January 26, has a relaxed mood and features shirting, fine gauge knitwear, t-shirts, chinos and shorts. The aesthetic nods to relaxed US style and the collection is made from natural fabrics including merino and cotton. See the entire collection below and shop the looks here.
