The scoop: The Chicago Bulls hosted the 26th annual Chicago Bulls Bowling Party bringing together the Chicago Bulls players, front office personnel, and corporate partners for an evening of bowling, delicious food and festivities. In addition to the entire Chicago Bulls team, Benny the Bull and the Luvabulls also attended.

Event: The Collection Launch at Fashion Outlets of Chicago

The scoop: Official launch of “THE COLLECTION: Where Art Meets Fashion” at Fashion Outlets of Chicago featured the unveiling of their newly site-specific work, “A Grand Love Story (analog love in a digital age),” by Carlos Rolón/Dzine. The event also debuted the first of “THE COLLECTION’s” rotating exhibitions.

Event: La Maison Rémy Martin Chicago Pop-Up Experience

The scoop: Guests discovered the cognac making process through four highly conceptual rooms. The pop-up immersed attendees in the universe of Rémy Martin and the spirit of the Cognac region as well as a masterclasses from those in realms as diverse as music, fashion, cuisine and art. Guests also had the chance to blend their own cognac while enjoying handcrafted Rémy Martin cocktails.

The scoop: Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Art, Beats and Lyrics delivered a packed house in Chicago as part of its national tour. The traveling lifestyle experience showcased visual masterpieces renowned visual artists such as Miya Bailey, Frank Morrison, and AB+L’s curator and co-producer, Dubelyoo. The show also featured live performances from Chicago’s own hit band, Sidewalk Chalk and hip-hop legend, Scarface.

The scoop: Co-Chaired by Carly I. Warren (EY) and Thad Wong (@properties) Chicago Children’s Museum held its annual fundraising gala on Saturday, November 5 in the AON Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier. The event welcomed 400 guests and raised $750,000 to support CCM’s exhibits, educational programming and extensive community access efforts. The highlight of the evening was the live auction facilitated by Auctioneer David Goodman, bringing in an impressive $17,000 bid for the Chart Your Course package which included a luxury private yacht Bahamian getaway and sold 3 times.

Event: Drambuie and Chilled Magazine brought the national cocktail The Modern Classics Chicago

Where: The Heavy Feather
The scoop: Drambuie and Chilled Magazine brought the national cocktail competition, The Modern Classics, to Chicago’s The Heavy Feather. Six bartenders, Kevin Beary/Three Dots and A Dash, Lauren Richie/The Kimpton Gray Hotel, Carlos Cuarta/Accent Cocktails, Elizabeth Mickiewicz/previously from Drumbar, Shaunna McCarthy/Drumbar, competed, with the chance of winning a trip to retrace the history of Drambuie through the Isle of Skye. Kevin Beary of Three Dots and A Dash won first place with his signature cocktail Bonnie’s Painkiller and non-whiskey cocktail Killa Beez. The Modern Classics closed with well-respected saxophonist Frank Catalano performing a few tunes.
