A new kick ass(literally) workout from Nike is your free workout ticket to get your body ready and fit for the summer. As soon as Train Chicago (1800 W. Walnut Street in the West Loop) launched in early May, each session filled up crazy fast.
After a bye week, week three of the six-week training journey continues and there are a few more sport influenced sessions left that you can check out to help you get on your fitness goals, because #SummerIsComing.
May 30: Diamond-Fit (Baseball)
June 5: Pitch-Fit (Soccer)
June 13: Hoop-Fit (Basketball)
June 20: Final Train Chicago session (TBD)
Due to popular demand a second session has been added to this upcoming Saturday(5/30) Diamond Fit class (a baseball inspired training session). SIGNUP HERE
Each Train Chicago session concludes with three challenges set by the trainers. The top two finishers of each challenge receives an automatic entry to the final event taking place at an epic location hosted by Bo Jackson.

“Each week an elite level training program will be amplified with drills and strength moves curated by Nike Master Trainers and a professional athlete onsite. Influenced by a different professional sport each week, the core-training workout is amplified by moves athletes utilize to prepare for game day. All Train Chicago sessions open for registration each Monday. Capacity is 100 for Saturday workouts and limited to 60 on Tuesday and Thursday.”
