Chicago Premium Outlets
Chicago Premium Outlets is growing with a planned 130,000 square foot expansion and adding some exciting new stores to their lineup. They will be getting the midwests’ first Robert Graham outpost, a Clarins Outlets will join Sak’s Fifth Avenue Off 5th. Some of the other stores include: Vince and Tommy Hilfiger Kids. Tentative date of completion is sometime in August, making the center a total of approximately 570,000 square feet.
The Mart Outdoor Furniture Sample Sale
The Mart Outdoor Furniture Sample Sale will run from May 6-8. The Sample Sale will offer up to 75% Off furnishings, lighting, accessories, rugs, and more from 15+ showrooms at the Merchandise Mart.

Lou & Grey
Lou & Grey, dubbed the free spirited sibling of Loft owned by Ann Inc, launched last year and setting up roots in Chicago with a store on Southport (3442 N. Southport Ave.). The brand carries athleisure type wares.
Rent The Runway
On April 30, Rent the Runway will officially open its doors for their Chicago grand opening and unveil the 2,940-square-foot store at 710 N. Wabash Avenue. The Chicago location will be the company’s third free standing store-which originally started as an online business. You’ll not only be able to pick up or pick out their selections that will include Cushnie et Ochs, Diane von Furstenberg, Vera Wang to name a few, you will also be able to book an appointment with a stylist ($25) that will put a look together for you and provide a one-on-one consultation. Four-day apparel rentals are usually between $30 to $800 and accessory rentals are $5 to $400. No word yet if they will carry plus size inventory in the store.
