Beyonce's Workout Moves

In celebration of First lady Michelle Obama’s Lets move campaign’s 5 year anniversary she’s been asking us all and some of her celeb friends to #GimmeFive and she tapped BFF Beyonce who gave us this instagram gem today.
Beyonce’s five workouts are: standing side crunch, medicine ball crunches, dumbbell punches, bench plyometric jumps and lunges.
The #GimmeFive movement ask kids, parents and celebs to give ways to be healthy.
Now who’s ready to lace up those fly knits and get moving, they say summer bodies are made in the winter.
