Chicago’s own and First Lady of The United States Michelle Obama will serve as the Honorary Chair of a Chicago institution celebrating it’s 125th Anniversary.
The First lady stunned this past weekend in this green Marchesa dress at the Kennedy Center Honors gala.
The Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University will celebrate the milestone 125th Anniversary and programming for 2014 – 15 Season. The National Historic Landmark recognized building was built by architecture pioneers of the time Dankmar Adler and Louis Sullivan and a young Frank Lloyd Wright. In addition to naming First lady Obama as Honorary Chair, Chicago’s Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Chicago First lady Amy Rule will serve as Honorary Co-chairs. Co-chairs for the 125th Anniversary Season include Norm and Virginia Bobins, Steve and Nancy Crown, Jorge and Catrina Ramirez, Jim and Sandy Reynolds, Jack and Carole Sandner, Ed and Dia Weil and Wilco’s Jeff Tweedy with wife Sue Miller.
After a 37 year haitus from Chicago, the Royal Ballet will be a part of the 2014-2015 season program. The 2014-2015 season offer diversity of performances and something for all.
